If you crave in your body, what I crave then you're in the right place.
I am passionate about creating resources that nourish and sustain the body and soul, particularly throughout the menstruating and postpartum years.
Every time I prepare a batch of ghee for a new mother, brew up a healing bath blend on the stove or sit in circle chatting about the intelligence of our cycles I feel like something is being restored... something necessary.
